UK Finance is the membership organisation for the banking and finance industry.  They represent more than 300 firms across the industry, acting to enhance competitiveness, support customers and facilitate innovation. They work for and on behalf of their members to promote a safe, transparent and innovative banking and finance industry. They offer research, policy expertise, thought leadership and advocacy in support of their work and provide a single voice for a diverse and competitive industry.

We ran workshops for the senior leadership with the aim of developing strategic thinking capability and applying that to the commercial development of the organization.  A membership organization like UK Finance is ultimately only as strong as its ability to add value to its members. 

 

We worked with them to interrogate their strategic capacity and that needed to achieve their objectives.  This involved identifying their critical success factors and the core competencies needed across the organisation.

The result was a commercial approach to increase the value add to members, increased income generation and a more robust future plan.
