Laura has been a voluntary sector leader, as well as working within the wider health and social care systems for over 12 years. Most recently Laura was CEO of a charity delivering services for people with acquired brain injury.

 

Laura brings experience at a strategic and operational level of developing and delivering project and change programmes, for the end purpose of supporting individuals with their health & social care needs.  

Laura is an accredited Insights Discovery Practitioner and coach. Laura enjoys supporting individual and team development, in particular within the context of organisational change.
