Geoff is a management consultant with over 20 years experience specialising in the public and third sectors.

 

He brings a strong track record in developing leaders, increasing engagement and shaping culture having worked with a wide range of clients including NGO’s, charities, government departments and public bodies.

 

In 2011 he received his OBE for services to Youth Justice and has played a key role in the strategic development of service delivery for vulnerable families, children and young people.
