David is the Managing Director of Commercial Gov and has been supporting transformation and commercial development in the public sector for the last 20 years. 

 

David sits on a Cabinet Office Quality Review Panel as a subject matter expert reviewing the impact on people and culture of major government transformation programmes.

David has worked with government and over 80 local authorities supporting their transformation and commercial development.  He is the author of ‘Commercial Gov: a practical guide to commercial development in the public sector’.  David’s passion is sport of all types.  He has followed Nottingham Forest through thick and thin ever since he lived there as a child.
