Claire has over 15 years’ practical experience of leading organisations with the voluntary sector, including most recently as the CEO of a community transport charity.

 

With a background in project and programme management, Claire has also undertaken a number of roles within both health and social care, supporting transformation and change work, with a focus on enabling coproduction with service users and communities.

 

As a qualified coach, Claire’s approach is strongly underpinned by a coaching ethos and Claire enjoys working with people and teams to support them to be at their best.
